class esbmct::function_ref< Signature >

Type-erased callable reference: non-owning, two pointers wide, no heap allocation.

Replaces the historic std::function delegates used by foreach_operand / foreach_subtype. The contract is a borrowed reference to the underlying callable — the function_ref must not outlive whatever it was constructed from.

The unparenthesised primary template is left undefined; only the R(Args...) specialisation is usable, matching the std::function surface we are replacing.
