Detailed Description

Built-in function and low-level call handling for the Solidity frontend.

Implements recognition and conversion of Solidity built-in operations: low-level calls (call, delegatecall, staticcall, transfer, send), built-in properties (msg.sender, msg.value, block.number, address.balance), type conversion functions, abi.encode/decode, keccak256/sha256, and the move_builtin_to_contract() helper for contract-scoped symbol registration.
