Contract-level conversion for the Solidity frontend.

Handles the top-level conversion of Solidity contracts: iterating over contract body elements (state variables, functions, structs, enums, events, errors, modifiers), registering the contract struct type in the symbol table, generating static lifetime initialization, and managing the contract-scoped conversion context.
